Like most apps, you can filter a search for a home based on location, size, price, etc. Unlike most apps, however, you can use our proximity search to find homes right next to you. Simply press and hold to see nearby properties and find the information for the home you are standing in front of! If this is a home you are interested in, add it to a customizable “Hotlist.”

One of the unique features to Mojent is in helping you schedule tours to see the properties you are interested in. Simply set up a tour or have your agent set up a tour for you of only homes you want to see. Mojent leads you from house-to-house on tour by giving gps map navigation!
In seeing homes, you can give them a nickname to help you distinguish properties. It doesn’t even have to be a fixer-upper.
The real power of Mojent is in helping you organize your information in an easily retrievable way. While seeing a home, you can rate your impressions and keep notes in the app. These subjective ratings are a way for you to objectively compare one home to another. You can even customize the features you wish to rate.

After you have seen a home and it is a strong contender, Make it a Favorite. You can go to your favorites at any time and check on the status and compare options again. Not quite a favorite home, but one you would still like to keep an eye on? Create a “Hotlist” called “Watching.”
Now that you have found, scheduled, seen, and rated homes, review your findings with your agent. Hopefully the myriad of choices are now narrowed down by the notes and ratings you have made on your tours.
